You should reserve as early as possible. Rentals are reserved on a first-come basis. Deposits are required to hold reservations.

We proudly deliver to Houston and surrounding cities, including but not limited to The Woodlands, Sugar Land, Katy, Pearland, Spring, Cypress, Pasadena, and League City. We also extend our services to cities beyond the Houston metro area, such as Austin, San Antonio, and other nearby regions.

Someone must be available to accept deliveries and sign the release of materials. Rentals must be broken down, restacked, and ready for pickup in the same locations they were delivered to. Please save and reuse all packing material

Customers may ONLY add items to the order, subject to the same terms, once a reservation has been confirmed. The customer acknowledges that any changes to order after the first 24 hours is subject to store credit and will be held on file for 12 months from when the original order was placed.

We do not have a minimum for rental orders, but we do have a minimum order amount for delivery based on distance from our location. If your order does not meet the minimum, you may be able to pick up eligible rentals from our warehouse with an appropriate vehicle.

Minimum Order for Delivery ( Each Way) 0-25 miles → $250 minimum 25-35 miles → $400 minimum 35-45 miles → $600 minimum 45-60 miles → $800 minimum 60-100 miles → $2,000 minimum 100-150 miles → $2,500 minimum For locations beyond 150 miles, please contact us for a custom delivery quote.

Pickup Option: Not all rentals are eligible for pickup. Please check with us to confirm which items are available for pickup before placing your order.

Yes! We offer delivery based on mileage from our warehouse, with rates starting at $100. Quotes are provided with an exact address. Standard delivery is to the ground floor; extra charges may apply for stairs or difficult access.

We accept credit, debit cards, CashApp, Venmo, Zelle.

A 40% deposit of your total order is due upon reservation, the balance is required a week before pickup or delivery. Orders are only confirmed on initial deposit.

Rental products are quoted for same day pickup and return. If you need it longer, Please let us know and we will be glad to update your quote.

Absolutely! Please send us an email for a showroom appointment.

You may cancel your order for products by notifying us through the Website no later than 24 hours after paying the initial deposit.

There is no refund for unused rental products already in your possession.

Normal delivery and pickup hour is 7:00am to 7:00pm, Monday through Sunday. Deliveries can be made 24 hours a day for an additional fee.

To ensure safe transport of the items, please ensure you bring moving blankets and an appropriately sized vehicle.
