Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the event.
Can I choose specific plushies for my event?
Absolutely! You can select plushie designs based on your package:
- 18-Plushie Package โ Choose up to 2 designs (9 of each).
- 30-Plushie Package โ Choose up to 4 designs (minimum 6 per design).
- 48-Plushie Package โ Choose up to 6 designs (minimum 6 per design).
Can I add more plushies after booking?
Yes! Additional plushies can be added up to 7 days before your event, but they must be in increments of 6 per design.
What happens if a guest doesnโt build their plushie?
Any plushie not claimed will be stuffed and handed to the event host.
Can you make a custom plushie for my event?
Yes! We can create a custom plushie just for your event. Simply tell us your idea or send us a design, and weโll bring it to life! A minimum of 48 plushies is required for custom orders.
How long does setup take?
We need 30 to 45 minutes for setup before your event starts.
Do you require power?
Yes, we require access to a standard power outlet. A generator is not included but can be provided for an additional fee if needed.
Can we extend our event time?
Yes! Additional hours can be added for an extra cost. Please contact us for pricing and availability.
Is there a delivery fee?
Yes, we charge a delivery fee based on the event location. Let us know your event details for an exact quote.
